Ownership rights to the panoramic photos displayed on viewAt.org belong to each individual author. Their publication on viewAt.org allows the non-exclusive right to publish and divulge the material for an indefinite period of time. Viewat.org agrees not to sell the content to third parties without prior permission of the author. To guarantee the functioning of the web page, viewAt.org may keep a copy of the content indefinitely.

To publish a panorama son the web page you must be the author of the panorama in question or have full rights to its ownership.

viewAt.org shall not be responsible either for the content published on the owner's web page or the comments made about said panorama.

Misuse

viewAt.org may take down any image without prior notice as well as offensive comments by any user.
